Initial and Follow Up Visits

The goal of the initial visit is to get to know you as a person and to design a plan of care that is tailored specifically to your needs. Please plan on 1 ½ -2 hours for your initial visit. During this visit we perform a urine test, obtain your vital signs along with height and weight, review your paperwork, perform a physical exam and design an initial plan of care for you. This plan of care might include needed lab work, nutraceuticals, medications or a referral to another healthcare provider. Please bring all medications and supplements that you are taking to this initial visit. If lab work is ordered, your follow up visit will be in approximately 2 weeks. During this time, we get an updated subjective assessment of your symptoms, review your lab work and add to your plan of care based on the results of your lab work.


In order to properly asses your response to treatment and respond to any concerns as they arise, we generally see patients at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and then as indicated by your Practitioner. This is just a general timeline for follow up and yours might be different based on your individualized care plan.
